Digital products purchased from Jobs Guidance are intended for the purchaser's personal educational use only.

5. Payments

Payments for paid products may be processed through Cashfree Payments and supported payment methods such as UPI/QR, debit cards, credit cards or other methods made available through the payment gateway.

Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and policies of Cashfree, banks, card networks, UPI providers and other relevant payment-service providers.

Jobs Guidance will never ask users to disclose confidential authentication information such as a UPI PIN, card PIN, OTP or internet-banking password through email or ordinary customer-support communication.

6. Digital Product Delivery

After successful payment, purchased digital material will be provided through the delivery method specified by Jobs Guidance.

Users are responsible for providing correct information where such information is required for product delivery or customer support.

If a successful payment has been made but the purchased material is not received or accessible, please contact us at jobsguidancewb@gmail.com with sufficient transaction/order information for us to investigate the issue.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations and payment-related issues concerning paid digital products are governed by the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy published by Jobs Guidance.

Users should review that policy before purchasing a digital product.
